Message from the President:

As South Carolina continues to grow, it has become increasingly evident that a community foundation, focused on Improving life in South Carolina, is not only needed, but will help our State and area to continue to improve.

We intend to accomplish our mission, Improving life in South Carolina, by:

    1. Inviting, accepting and managing endowed gifts from donor into donor-advised funds, current funds, or special project funds, and directing earnings according to our donor/Partner's wishes.

    2. Helping qualified organizations with fundraising expertise and support

    3. Helping prospective donors/Partners with proper estate planning advise and education through The South Carolina Community Foundation Estate Design Center.

As the Foundation continues to grow, it is our vision that it will have a significant role in improving life in South Carolina.
